NEKSOR / SERVICES
API and CRM integration services
Connect the systems your team already uses so that information does not need to be copied manually. We define data ownership, exchange direction and recovery rules before implementation.

What we can help with
Website or bot → CRM
Send enquiries with their source, assign ownership and prevent duplicates.
CRM ↔ business system
Agree order and status exchange, field ownership and conflict rules.
Service → notification
Deliver important events to staff and track failed deliveries.
What you receive
- A map of systems, fields, events and data ownership.
- Agreed data exchange through available APIs or webhooks.
- Input validation, duplicate prevention and bounded retries.
- Error monitoring, integration checks and recovery guidance.
How we work
- Check APIs, service plans, permissions and system limitations.
- Agree field mappings, transformation rules and conflict handling.
- Implement the exchange and failure recovery workflows.
- Validate data in a test environment, deploy and document the solution.
02 / SCOPE & ESTIMATE
What determines the cost
Key factors are the systems, data entities, exchange directions and exceptions. A supported existing connector may cost less than custom development; we check its suitability first.
Scope considerations
Unavailable APIs, plan limits, customised accounting systems and historical data cleaning need separate assessment. Licences and changes to third-party software are not automatically included.
What to bring to the conversation
List systems and events: what moves, from where, to where and how quickly. Describe the manual work and what a missed or duplicated event would affect.
Discuss your taskBefore we start
Which systems can you connect?
CRMs, websites, Telegram, 1C and other services with supported integration methods. We check the capabilities of your specific version and plan before committing to an outcome.
Why does exchange direction matter?
Sending website enquiries to a CRM is simpler than synchronising updates both ways. Two-way exchange needs conflict resolution, source priorities and protection against loops.
What happens if a connected service goes offline?
The agreed solution can include bounded retries, error records and alerts. Recovery rules determine how to resume without creating duplicate records.
Is historical data migration included?
Only when explicitly scoped. Cleaning, matching and migrating historical records are estimated separately from new event processing.
What do you need for an estimate?
System names and versions, API documentation, an anonymised field example, expected event volume and update frequency. Do not send passwords or API keys in the enquiry.
