Brand identity and logo design

A brand identity connects the logo, colour, typography and graphics into a recognisable system. We develop it around your brand and the places people encounter it: websites, presentations, documents and other agreed touchpoints.

01 / YOUR TASK

What we can help with

A new brand

Establish a visual foundation that can be applied consistently from the first materials.

An identity refresh

Preserve recognisable elements while improving those that no longer fit the offer.

A consistent application system

Define rules for websites, presentations and documents so the team can use the identity consistently.

What you receive

  • An agreed visual direction and system principles.
  • A logo and the versions needed for different backgrounds and sizes.
  • A colour palette, typography and graphic language.
  • Usage guidelines and source files for the agreed applications.

How we work

  1. Understand the offer, audience, existing materials and competitor context.
  2. Develop and discuss the visual direction on key applications.
  3. Design the logo, typography, palette and agreed system elements.
  4. Check applications, document the guidelines and hand over materials.

02 / SCOPE & ESTIMATE

What determines the cost

Brand identity cost depends on discovery depth, concepts, applications, guideline scope and agreed iterations. Naming, illustration, motion and licences are estimated as separate items.

Scope considerations

Source files, usage rules and rights to the developed materials are defined in the contract. Print production, legal services and website development are not assumed to be part of an identity project.

What to bring to the conversation

Describe the product, audience and differences from alternatives. Share existing materials and list the applications needed for launch. We clarify which elements must remain and who approves the result.

Discuss your task

Before we start

How is a brand identity different from a logo?

A logo is one element. An identity also defines colour, typography, graphics and layout rules so that different materials feel like parts of the same brand.

Are brand guidelines included?

We agree their depth first, from logo and palette rules to a wider application system. A complete brand strategy and messaging framework are not automatically included.

Can we keep our existing logo?

Yes. We identify what should remain and what needs improvement. The project may extend a system around your existing mark rather than replace it.

Are font licences and trademark registration included?

Fonts and third-party assets are considered with their licence requirements. Their costs, legal clearance and trademark registration are not automatically included in identity design.
